  2. Go watch Durian rider he’s super fit and lean on only high carbs ! How can carbs make people fat when carbs have so little fat? Fat makes people fat or when mixing fat with carbs ? Please explain thank you

  5. Man I got up to 200 lbs at 5"10..so what I did was just like you said,,raised my protein levels,fast walked around my yard at least 15 min a day,stopped all sodas,and any sweets..that's all and now I'm at 156 lbs and feel alot better..
