  1. If someone is looking to do an estrogen detox, can they eat chickpeas? They say beans and chickpeas actually increase estrogen. What are your thoughts? Also, in one of your videos I see lots of healthy carbs (seeds, nuts, beans, whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc) to reduce estrogen, but other online Dr.s are saying a high carbohydrate diet creates estrogen dominance and hyperinsulinemia causes estrogen dominance, which can cause fibroids, cysts and cancer. What are your thoughts?

  2. I’m pregnant and trying maintain my weight while I grow my baby without starving myself but I feel like starving is the only way I lose weight. I’m about 30lbs over weight for my height. Do you think I can benefit from your book even while I’m pregnant?

  3. I love the detail through this whole video, except I think you'd find a lot of information about our foods and farms by getting information from real farmers raising and growing foods. Organic farms still use pesticides, and conventional farms can still use organic options.

  4. Just know that "organic" is not pesticide free. Organic foods still use a ton of pesticides. Pesticides approved for use in organic farming include neem oil, made from the neem tree, and pyrethrin, which is made from chrysanthemum plants. A few synthetic chemicals are also allowed in organic farming. Examples include copper sulfate, alcohols, chlorine products, hydrogen peroxide, and soaps. The important thing is washing your produce well.

  5. I sound like a broken record, but I gain a ton of weight during the pandemic. My belly is so big. I have a healthy diet. I've tried everything to lose this thing. I started exercising more and I feel it made it bigger. I'm not sure if it's because of the stress of exercise or that I'm hungrier. I've experimented with supplements adding different things into my diet. Nothing works. Also, it's interesting most people say being fatter makes them look younger. I am the opposite I look about 5 years older since I've gained weight.

  8. How do we really know what happens to our food before we eat it? We aren’t there and there’s so much marketing and misinfo in the food industry. It’s daunting.

  9. I’ve been alternate day fasting and it has really helped with fat loss and slimming my tummy. I make sure I eat fiber, healthy fats and protein on my feast days. Fasting has helped me naturally balance hormones and even if I go off track I’m still losing inches. How do you feel about this method ?

  10. What about thyroid dysfunction? Cushingnoid symptoms and hypothyroidism? How do these affect an individual's ability to lose belly fat?
