This is very good but very very hard for beginners, i collapsed after doing dead drop, was breathing very heavily took some rest then i feel better, healthy person can do this but lazy people like me will have lots of trouble doing it first time, i masturbate alot my body is very weak I'm 25, but now I'm serious i don't want to die so i will do this exercise daily
