  1. I am gonna update everyday.. Just to keep myself in track.(I started yesterday and I am gonna do it today an hour later after my class ends)
    Day 1 : Done ✅ I was sweating af. The touch downs were soo fun !
    Day 2 : Done !✅ The third exercise was so hard for me goshhh 😭
    Day 3 : Done ✅. Okay I'm out of breath bye !
    Day 4 : Done ✅ Idk it's only day 4 but still I feel like i have gotten a lot fitter. That table top touches are still a bit difficult but I could hold it a lot longer ! That's a good sign right ?
    Day 5 : Yayyy done✅ 🤧 only two days left and i will head to the next week ✌
    Day 6 : Done ✅! The exercises have got alottttt easier ! I'm seeing a slight difference, like my collarbones are showing up more, but I'm not sure about my weight and belly as I don't have access to measurements.
    Day 7 : Done ✅ okay heading to week two of this program
