  1. hi I’ve been doing resistance training to grow my glutes for a month and half now and have seen progress im eating way more than before but have belly fat and want to get rid of it so would i do cardio aswell as weights and also a calorie deficit ?

  6. I worked out at the gym for a year. I did heavy weights and cardio 5 days a week. I haven't been to the gym since covid 19. I work out at home using body weight and dumbbells 5 days a week. Will l be able to lose fat and build my booty since l haven't been to the gym in a while?
