    Also I’m not updating everyday once I do it I’ll put it in but I’ve done it this whole week just not on day 4 only 2 more days

    Not much has changed so I’ll start doing it 2 times a day with other workouts😊

    i'm going to be honest last week I was 246 Ibs I was soooo mad so I decided to start working out for 2 weeks because i'm suppose to go school shopping anyways I've been drinking nothing but water and been eating 2 meals a day. im down to 243.4 in 3 days of just constantly drinking water. btw i'm a teen and I think about it this way SHOCK THEM DON'T TELL THEM!!! DO THIS TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE LIKE FUCK THAT AND FUCK THEM
