Or you could start getting a little bit more strategic and start looking at your genetics and start looking at interesting ways that you can weave unique foods and all these different things into your routine. You see, when you start looking at the science, you begin to realize that there are lots of ways that we can go about reducing a muffin top.

So we’re going to break it all down and give step-by-step instructions regarding 7 ways to reduce a muffin top – and with each step I’m going to explain how you can practically apply them. I’ll see you in the comments!

  5. This is a diet i recommend once your at a healthy weight

    Monday: Fasting
    Thursday: Keto
    Saturday: Cheat
    Sunday: Cheat

    This is great for ppl who have Friend's that aren't keto and wanna enjoy themselves on their "days off" when they would be hanging out with other ppl

    So on cheat days try to stick to real food that isn't keto: whole wheat pizza (yes I know gluten and lactose are bad as they cause inflammation, thing is if your body has the enzymes to handle both of those things then you should limit not remove them completely as you don't want your body to become weak and sensitive to something it originally had a tolerance for, example it's the reason y germaphobes get sick and die easy because their body doesn't have an immunity to anything) , brown rice, quinoa, granola bars, french toast etc normally stuff retard expensive to make on keto or can't make otherwise. Then you Fast for 36-48 hours because autophagy is basically a survival of the fittest mode where your cells do spring cleaning in your body. There are plenty of benefits to doing this just google it. After fasting your ketone levels should be through the roof as the more you fast the more your body produces ketones. Then you do keto for 3-4 days (depends if you have 1 or 2 cheat days a week). Eat meats cooked in olive oil tumeric seasonings w.e mixed in with veggies or have protein powder etc. Over time hopefully your body will recognise that ketones are its main source of fuel but it can also effectively utilize glucose giving you metabolic flexibility.

  7. That fat disposition on abdominal or gluttes is about thyroid conditions like thyroid body type when a person struggling not just with diet but with a chronic or huge stress. Stress makes a butt flat and getting the fat more or less all over the body
