  1. Dont people know by now that it, doesnt matter how many sit ups you do it will not burn belly fat . Its impossible to do a exercise targeted just for the abs to burn belly fat . The only way to loose belly fat is by doing a over all body workout each day . Belly fat is sadly the last part of body that looses weight . Only when the body is toned after months of hard sweating the abs will start loosing fat . I know this is not what you want to hear but its reality .

  3. Spot reduction, and belly fat removal? My credentials and education have told me you can't spot remove fat, but way to contradict science.

  4. Hi I have a question for you Jay Jones. How are you suppose to breathe when you're doing sit ups? Because I heard that when you start feeling the burn that that's when you're suppose to lean back hold your breathe and tighten your stomach for a few seconds at a time and then you come up & release & breathe & then go back down and repeat. Is that how it should be done because it seems like you'd burn more fat by holding it where you feel the burn cause it's burning the fat while you hold it or is it not? It just seems like that would do more than just going up and down a bunch of times. Please let me know what you think.

  5. Au Dio' Not a silly question at all my dear…the very simple response is that your  engaging your core which in turn pushes the air and gas out of your body. Some folks burp and some "toot" as you so cutely put it;) Thanks for the question
