  1. The most helpful part in the video is when you mentioned how hard you worked out, was on a caloric deficit and was Still not getting the same results as someone who simply had more sleep than you. I also have the same issue because of poor sleep 🤦🏽‍♂️

I found the breakdown on caffeine in take most helpful as I generally don’t drink caffeine but when I’m stressed or under pressure I see a significant change in this area and I find it difficult to break the addiction but understanding the affect it has on my body and progress motivated me to be more disciplined in this area.   4. What about 2nd shift workers… 3 to 11:30. It takes me 2 hours to wind down for sleep. Its usually 5 hours before the sun rises and i try to get up and go for a workout.

  5. As a retired person, it took sometime to get a good schedule going. By not working 50hrs a week, it effected my sleep. And I put on 50 pounds in about a year. To fix this problem. I started getting up at 6 am and walking. I hated it. Did not want to do this at all. However As I increased my walking. 10.000 steps daily. The weight came off and my sleep returned.

  6. Such a helpful video. I don’t need to lose weight but building muscle is my biggest goal. I’m a 75yo female who was vegan and very thin and active (with a full time job where I stood and walked all day) —then Covid! I stopped working and didn’t go back..
    I soon started to get so many aches and pains and feeling so frail. Scared me to death. I got serious about doing some exercises and walking. Changed my diet because I was not getting NEARLY enough protein!!
    I live in the country so walks can only be daytime.
    The point you made in this video shook me up!! Sleep! How you lose muscle if you don’t get enough! Jeez! I have never heard this but what a revelation!! My sleep is HORRIBLE lately..waking up at 1 and 3 blah blah! Omg! Frustrating..(stress!) damn!
    I’m going to try the apps and see if I can get relief. Fingers crossed!!
