  3. It's acceptable to have some excess padding around your stomach, but it's understandable to desire to firm up for a slimmer appearance. While reducing all of your belly fat in two weeks is unrealistic, you can drop some of it rapidly by losing weight and body fat throughout your body. For the following two weeks, all you have to do is consume the correct foods (while also decreasing calories), increase your exercise program, and make a few lifestyle modifications. Maintain your efforts to lose even more abdominal fat over time!
