  2. Your video made me realize I need to walk faster. As our weather goes from very hot summer to cooler temperatures, I will push myself again. Exercise, eat healthy, water, rest, repeat. I need to work harder in my mid 60s. I do intermittant fasting & eat healthy.

  3. I wonder if your guest is aware of the latest research on insulin resistance, and the effects of stress on cortisol, which elevates blood sugar and causes us to have belly fat? Eating LESS SUGAR and carbs is key to overcoming the rise in insulin levels which causes us to STORE fat around our bellies. Manage stress and eat alot less sugar and that includes sugary sweet drinks, which are the worst.

  6. Fat cells produce hormones; it makes sense that, once the ovaries stop producing estrogen, our fat cells might want to take over that job, possibly holding onto fat for that reason. While I do all I can to control my waistline, this helps me not hate or stress over my belly fat so much. ๐Ÿ˜€

After transitioning to a WFPB diet and exercising regularly over the last year I have noticed that even though I've done thousands of ab exercises my tummy STILL is there. I've been learning more how the diet is the only answer to making that stubborn tummy disappear, not the sit-ups. I didn't realize this. Thank you for clearing this up. I will be walking MORE and HARDER for sure!!!

  10. As I get older I find the only way to get rid of belly fat is strength training. I donโ€™t get entirely flat (Iโ€™ve had 2 c sections) but itโ€™s a big difference.
