  3. You are correct about eating right, I’ve been at 185 my adult life and now I’m at 230 so I started doing 50 sit ups a day for almost a month and seems like my belly is getting bigger, I eat mostly like crap but I’m addicted to sweets so the only thing for me to do is eat the right things.
