  1. How does this all work for age 50+? My body responds way differently now than it did before age 50. I’ve watched your videos and been applying the different advice since April, with no change to weight or inches.

  2. Hi Autum! i would love if you did a video on the absence of menstration, and what to do about it, whether it’s a deficiency or what not. I’ve been on keto (healthy, clean keto that is!) since September 2019 and lost my period back in February 2020 with no signs of it thereafter. I know I’m not the only one! A video would be so great for me to help get it back! I trust your info more then any doctor! I want to get it back naturally and without “ramping up the carbs and calories” or “gain the weight back” like some websites say to do🙄 I worked hard to lose 30 lbs and I plan to keep it off! And I don’t want to take any type of meds to “regulate” my body

    Also: I’m 21! 5’2 and went from 140 to 110 (happily so, and took me about a year and 3 months, so it wasn’t a ‘rapid’ weight loss) I try hard to get my macros in, I’m not starving myself or anything, I get 7hrs sleep at night, and overall take care of myself, and read all the ingredients to everything. I have a well comprehension of nutrition and how to take care of myself, just can’t seem to figure this mystery out. Hoping you can do a video so I can better understand what’s going on and how to get back on track🙏🏼

  5. Almost a year ago I started keto and lost 40 pounds in 2 months including my visceral fat. But unfortunately I also lost muscle mass which came as a shock when I tried to lift an amount of weight I could previously lift with ease along with being unable to open some jars. The only sugars or carbs I've had have been incidental, no eating a candy bar or french fries. I certainly wish that hadn't of happened, but keto has been good to me & for me.

  6. How do we proper test our corisol levels? I did a fasting blood test in the early am which most always shows high with elevated blood sugar levels? Thank you for all you do

  7. Autumn I've been following you and your advice for almost a year. Lost 20+ lbs, reduced BF by 6%+, Even gained LMM. Your content and advice is rock solid! But there's another Fitness/Nutrition guru I follow mostly for training advice. He's been pretty in step with your advice considering IF and nutrition. But a few days ago, well let's say he left me confused. Saying that IF is not the most effective way to build muscle. That 4 meals a day with even amounts of protein is best. So is it feasible to reduce BF and gain LMM using IF? I'm not trying to get shirt busting massive but stronger and leaner. Dazed and confused
