  1. I have PCOS and I’ve been struggling to get rid of the belly fat and fat generally. I workout 4-5x/week, lifting and doing hiit. I eat low carb 80% of the time but I do have my days. It’s so frustrating because despite most of the hard work it really is hard to reset.

    And what blows my mind is that bloodwork indicated that everything has gone back to normal, but still no results. At least noticeable.

    But thanks Christine! A lot of your content has helped me through out the years. I went from 74 kg to 55-57 kg with my PCOS. I’m still all soft and jello but I’m in perfect health right now!

  7. I had a great body when i was age 25- 28. i worked out everyday and ate so healthy and consciously. Unfortunately i burnt myself out and my hormones got all messed up. Ive gained about 10 to 15 pounds of fat, lost most of my muscle and im full of cellulite now. My digestive system is whack too. Im always sore and tired. Im 30 now but i feel like im 50 because of all the inflammation in my body and im stressed out. I cannot lose weight anymore. The fat wont move. It sucks.. I feel broken

  9. I have been on a lot of diets and exercise programs to try and lose the midriff fat but none have been to focus on those that have hormonal issues that are causing the fat for this reason. I cannot wait for this program to learn how to eat/exercise focusing on hormonals reset so I can progress to hormonals balance!!
