  1. I have this same issue. Im not fat at all bu From last 2 years my tummy is popping up. i dnt any physical activity as I have work from home. Just a sitting job. I have started to drink black coffee with lemon 2 times in a day and apply cider vinegar in the morning empty stomach. Is that ok all. I also facing High blood sugar, High uric acid and high cholesterol. Please help me. I m just 26 years now. I don't drink alcohol or i don't smoke at all.
