  1. Question about prolapse. You mentioned you had a few? How long after your surgery did they occur & do you know why? Im 4 weeks post op but afraid to do even the stretches in this video for fear it may cause prolapse. Im on 8 week pelvic floor restrictions.

I am 4.5 weeks post op and I was so happy to find your videos because I've been terrified about what I can do right now.   5. Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I just go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Cyst Guide and now I feel as light and relaxed as I've ever been.
