  1. Jumping Rope and lifting weights. Is really great 👍🏽. Went from 289 to 240. With hiit cardio 30sec work rest for 40sec.

I just started skipping today I woke up in the morning started doing it but It was so irritating because I was only able to do 1 but after watching your videos and rush athletic TV and other channels I just gave it a shot and I was able to do 1 then 2 then 3 then 5 then 8 then 10 then 14 I could do it in my 1st day and I was so shocked u was just gonna give up but I just wanted to do it so badly I didn't give up and now tom after my exam I am bout to come home and start skipping💪
