    Did this workout today,hoping to see some really great results.I am gonna update here daily so I don’t skip(hopefully).I really want to get rid of those love handles as it stops me from wearing some really good outfits. So I just hope I don’t slack off and will update you about the results:)

    Day2-✅(idk why but I think it was difficult than yesterday but that’s maybe because my body is sore from yesterday’s workout because me being a lazy person my body is in no way in the habit of moving much but still my body felt the stretch)
