  1. ๐ŸšจI bought a BMI Smart Scale and it has been bitter sweet. Iโ€™m now aware of Visceral, and Subcutaneous Fat. Even though I have a healthy BMI at 24.4, Iโ€™ll need to drop my body weight even more in order to get my visceral and subcutaneous fat into healthy levels๐Ÿ˜Ž

  2. This is just what I was looking for Many thanks for sharing. I dropped my visceral fat to normal levels, but my subcontineous fat is on the higher than normal level โ˜น๏ธ

  3. I finally got down to 158 from 217 and loosing the pooch is so frustrating! But i still have a bit of excess fat on my arms and thighs which i know goes first. Limbs first then the core. But my wrists and ankles and feet always lose fat first. Ive still got 28 lbs to lose so i hope it goes soon. Im 5'6. How do you feel about fasting? Im 3 days into a fast atm

  4. Does anyone who competes do more than a 500 calorie deficit each day when you are less than 10 percent body fat, roughly? Iโ€™ve got a pretty shredded low abs, with just a little more to go to get really diced. Do you guys usually cut a little slower, like a 300 cal deficit to preserve muscle better or do you dig really hard to get sub 10 percent? I know itโ€™s a loaded question but I would love to hear how hard you dig. Thank you!!
