  4. Does anyone who competes do more than a 500 calorie deficit each day when you are less than 10 percent body fat, roughly? Iโ€™ve got a pretty shredded low abs, with just a little more to go to get really diced. Do you guys usually cut a little slower, like a 300 cal deficit to preserve muscle better or do you dig really hard to get sub 10 percent? I know itโ€™s a loaded question but I would love to hear how hard you dig. Thank you!!
