    WEEK 1:

    βœ…Day 1: I did "3 in one. Belly + Chest + Arms"- Phew! It felt like heaven when it said "You have successfully completed the workout"

    βœ…Day 2: I did "Arms exercises"- It wasn't difficult! I wish the motivation still goes on! Unlike the last few tries πŸ˜…

    🟨Day 3: (REST)

    ❌ Day 5: "Not done"- Ehh, I was too lazy and didn't complete a workout, but tomorrow is a new day with no excuses!

    πŸš«πŸ”Day 6: Fasting- I fasted and lost about 1 kg! πŸ’ͺ

    ❌ Day 6: "Not done"- Okay… maybe the first week didn't go well, but next week is another try! πŸ™‚ We got this!

    βœ… Day 7: I did "Say goodbye to stubborn belly fat"- I didn't complete the entire workout, I was dizzy, sleepy, and tired. But luckily I finished about 15 minutes out of 27 πŸ˜…

    WEEK 2:

    βœ…Day 1: I did "Reduce Hip Fat"- Phew! 😁I'm glad I've done the workout. It wasn't difficult or easy… I hope tomorrow is another tick day!
    🟨 Day 2: (REST)
    πŸš«πŸ” Day 3: "Fasting"- Maybe I ate a bit too much at the end of the day… 😬
    ❌ Day 4: "Not done"- Why am I too lazy to exercise after the day of fasting?
    βœ… Day 5: I did "Metabolism booster"- I was a bit dizzy but completed it and I'm glad I did, another tick goes to the schedule!
