IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs.   3. I‘ve been trying out different YouTube workouts since 2016 and never found one I liked. This is literally the first workout ever that challenged me but not to the point where I couldn’t do the exercises and actually had fun. This workout is so amazing, thank you so so much!

    current weight: 55 kgs
    goal after 1 month: 53 kgs
    disclaimer: at the end of the month i might be less because i have after school basketball
    for those who ask about dieting. i eat breakfast, which is usually fruits or milk. and lunch, dinner and a snack. when i have my normal meals i just eat whats been made( which is usually healthy, and an indian meal), and dont have anything additional, but when i have snacks, my cravings are uncontrollable so some days i eat healthier and on other days i dont. i dont go too overboard, and i will have unhealthy food if i go out or its a special occasion! and once in a while i may have a brownie or a piece of chocolate or a savory treat because im still a teenager

    day 1: ✅ finished. im very tired, i havent worked out in a long time. but im proud. it took me a couple more minutes to finish the workout tho
    day 2 : ✅ done! it was 30 minutes today not 20 so it was a little harder but i pushed through!!!!
    day 3 : ✅ done. not much to say ig
    day 4 : ✅ active rest day. i worked out for 30 minutes on the treadmill. i ran about 2.2 km
    day 5: ❌ i was really tired as we had 1 hour of march past at our school which is basically just marching in the sun and i had 1 and a half hour of basketball so you could imagine how tired i was

    ok i feel like i need to switch programs, because honestly im most insecure about my lower half than my upper. so im going to attempt something else. and ill probably switch back to a full body program after this one.
    im gonna start tommorow. ill update on how its going every few days

  9. I swear I dont sweat as much as in 1.5 hour gym session as I do in your 10-12 min workouts (ps I focus on weight training in the gym)
