  4. i do 3 min warm up walk 5mph, 3 min run at 11mph, 1 min walk, 2 mins run, 1min walk, 1 min run, 1 min walk and lastely 1 min run at 13mph.

  5. I have my own treadmill at home. But it's not that gigantic. Serves the purpose. It's my day3 treading with alternate speeding 8-10.5 for 25 mints. Great experience.
