What’s going on guys! In today’s video I’m going to go over a few of my top fat loss friendly foods – now I’m not saying these are the only fat loss foods that they are, but each food I go over I’ll cover the benefits and how it’ll help you to get in shape.

1) Whole Eggs – by including the yolk in your diet, you’re going to be including a plethora of nutrients that you otherwise wouldn’t get from just the whites.

2) Potatoes – high in potassium and this is a nutrient that most people don’t get enough of and it plays an important role in controlling your blood pressure (which is huge when trying to lose weight). Also, potatoes are extremely satiated and full and as a result this will help you to avoid binging right after you eat.

3) Vegetables – they’re extremely low in calories and allow you to load up on volume without eating extra calories. They’re also loaded in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Using vegetables to load up on all of your micronutrients is a great way to lose weight the healthy way.

4) Soup – yup, soup! Studies have shown that turning foods into soups actually helps people feel more satiated without eating all those extra calories!

5) Chia Seeds – a food very commonly referred to as one of the most nutritious foods on the planet due to their high fiber, protein and omega 3’s. Chia seeds can absorb up to 12x their weight in water, expanding and leaving you feeling nice and full with a significantly lower number of calories eaten.
