  1. Is this good for weight loss? Im now doing Intermittent Fasting and eat at 7pm once every day after a intense 40-60min weightlifting. I eat two cups of cooked Basmati Long Grain rice (210 calories/ 1 cup) and ~ 190-200 grams (165 calories/ 100g of chicken) of oven baked chicken breasts (I spray the pan with olive oil spray to help with some fats that I need). I add some siracha and when im done I eat an orange for my vitamin C. I drink a gallon of water a day. Im 6’3 and 315 lbs when I started about 5 days ago. I havent checked my weight because im told not to do that because it can deceive you.
