  1. He left out that with the in/out calories. When you run out of carbs your body starts consuming muscle and that is unhealthy weightloss. He also left out that you gain muscle through exercise and muscle weigh more than fat. And that you build when you recover at night. I hate the term weightloss. It's an easy way to get sick (overtraining). And even develop eating disorders. Because people exercise and run with no fat because they think they are overweight, meanwhile they gained muscle, then they eat even less and exercise harder. See the pattern it's a very tricky balance
