  1. the foundation of this chart is flawed. he is implying that the calories burnt during cardio are static, or at least not varying much from person to person. that is ridiculous and almost comical

  2. Makes sense when I think about it…all of the doctors of western medicine I’ve met have been absolute morons that have no clue how to actually fix a problem just treat symptoms and prescribe pills.
