Diana is a beauty professional, who between the pressures of work, being attached to her phone and overeating, was struggling for motivation and energy to go to the gym.
Diana wanted to change, but originally sought out shortcuts and lacked the determination to make a start on her fitness regime.
Until one day she took a photo in the mirror and promised to never be that size again. Diana has since gone on an incredible journey, crediting perseverance and the gym for her success.

  2. Consistency is key! Working out when you dont feel motivated just being consistent and dont give up! I lost 3st in lockdown calorie counting and exercising at home. Building up from 10 mins a day to an hour five times a week. I'm 43 I have 7 kids and I'm fitter now than in my 20's! It was only when I finally realised results dont happen overnight it takes time and effort once my mindset changed i changed my body !
