  2. I went from obese to severe anorexia and underweight to extreme binge eating and obese again and now i'm trying to force myself to relapse into anorexia again lol

  4. Best tip from me is to do intermittent fasting for a week or so, have a 6-8 hour eating window and only eat then. Once you do this your body will go into calorie deficit and you will see results within a week. THAT is the best motivation to put the junk down is to see your weight dropping. I was 114.7 Kg and out of control, tried fasting for a week and dropped 3 kg, ever since I saw results I'm more motivated and driven to lose weight and have almost no cravings and desires to eat crappy foods. Now I'm 99.6 kg around 15 kg weight loss in around 2 months. I do around an hour of exercise a day and eat healthy.

    While I was fasting it was SUPER hard to feel full after my 1 large meal, a few techniques was to drink a coffee in the morning, and chew on gum throughout the day and if I felt like I was gonna starve to death I had some walnuts and almonds. Apple cider vinegar also helped big time, its not only good for you but it helps you suppress appetite and speeds your metabolism.

    Also, don't completely cut off junk, no one can last without a treat here and there, HOWEVER, don't have a cheat DAY, have a cheat MEAL, maybe have oatmeal for breakfast and a burger and fries for lunch. Don't blow out for a whole day els you will throw yourself into a eating frenzy again. (speaking from experience.)

    Trust me, weight loss ain't easy and there isn't a magic wand to help ya out. Bottom line is you gotta get off your ass and fix yourself. I was super unhappy with the way I looked for 3 years and always blamed something for it until I had nothing to blame. So I decided enough was enough and worked hard. now 15 Kg down and 10 more to go. I believe in anyone who is willing to put time into themselves and not look for comforts for their terrible choices. I believe in you!💪🏻

  5. i find if i close my eyes and hold my breath for about 2.5 seconds, then open my eyes and take a nice breath, i'm able to curb my appetite for about 5 years.
