  1. 2:55 is spot on, why diet is the only way, eating less calories won't leave energy for exercise. Therefore, it is better just to watch diet.

  2. I thought I could eat whatever I wanted while jogging 5 days a week. I gained weight. My clothes are a little bit looser though.

  3. I would do both. Control my diet and exercise. I would also like to be more fit and build stamina so I can keep up with my brother and friends when roller skating

  4. Funny. I spent 2 years exercising everyday and only maintained same weight. Then, I started cutting calories and fasting with no exercise and started to lose weight. So basically, whatever combo you do, you need to have less calories then what your body needs.
