  1. The problem of Crohn's is the blood. I treated it through the blood. I took herbs from us from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a cholesterol solvent and a liver fat solvent. I was cured of Crohn's. It simply means the colon is not the actual problem. The whole story is blood. recover .#

  3. God bless you Doctor Salami On YouTube for curing me from my chronic illness I never believe there was a cure I am indeed very grateful. Hit him up if you suffer from Incurable Disease.

  4. I JUST beat my insulin resistance and after 30 years of trying to get into a normal weight range you're telling me that what actually brought my breakthrough, namely intermittent fasting and a diet high in animal fats is bad for my UC? God damn it, all I want to do is have a body that is up to everyday life but it seems that's just plain asking too much.

  5. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D., an internationally renowned researcher, author and advocate of the natural healing power of water, was born in Iran in 1931. He attended Fettes College in Scotland and was a graduate of St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School of London University (at the time the best medical school in the world), where he studied under Sir Alexander Fleming, who shared the Nobel Prize for the discovery of penicillin. When he completed his studies, he was picked up as one of the house doctors in St. Mary's Hospital Medical School. Dr. Batmanghelidj practiced medicine in the United Kingdom before returning to Iran where he played a key role in the development of hospitals and medical centers. He also helped establish sport projects for youth in Iran, including The Ice Palace in Tehran, the first ice skating and sports complex in the Middle East. Later he did 18 years of research into Unintentional Chronic Dehydration.

Dr. Batmanghelid has said that water prevents and helps to cure colitis.
Colitis pain is a signal of water shortage in the large gut. It is associated with constipation because the large intestine constricts to squeeze the last drop of water from the excrements – thus the lack of water lubrication.

Not recognizing colitis pain as a sign of dehydration will cause persistent constipation. Later in life, it will cause fecal impacting: it can cause diverticulitis, hemorrhoids and polyps, and appreciably increases the possibility of developing cancer of the colon and rectum.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU’RE DEHYDRATED?
If you are thirsty, it means your cells are already dehydrated. A dry mouth should be regarded as the last outward sign of dehydration. That’s because thirst does not develop until body fluids are depleted well bellow levels required for optimal functioning.

Monitor your urine to make sure you are not dehydrated:
    – A hydrated body produces clear, colorless urine.
    – A somewhat dehydrated body produces yellow urine.
    – A severely dehydrated body produces orange or dark-colored urine.

The effects of even mild dehydration include decreased coordination, fatigue, dry skin, decreased urine output, dry mucous membranes in the mouth and nose, blood pressure changes and impairment of judgment.

HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU NEED TO DRINK?
To better determine how much water you need each day, divide your body weight in half. The answer is the approximate number of water ounces you should drink daily. You should drink half of your body weight in ounces. If you weight 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces water (3.13 quarts, 2.98 liters or about 10-12 cups of water a day). If you weigh closer to 100 pounds you will need only about 50 ounces of water or about four 12-ounce glasses daily.

Individuals who are physically active or live in hot climates may needs to drink more.

It is very important you balance your sodium intake with your water consumption. Take 1/4 teaspoon of salt per quart of water – every 4-5 glasses of water. Be sure to get sea salt. Table salt is not good because it’s refined and the good elements have been taken out. Sea salt contains the other sea minerals, 84 different minerals in trace quantities which are vital. The best is Celtic sea salt or Himalayan sea salt, both of which are readily available at any health food store.

CAN WE DRINK TOO MUCH WATER?
During intense exercise the kidneys cannot excrete excess water. The extra water moves into the cells, including brain cells. The result can be fatal. For that reason, athletes should estimate how much they should drink by weighing themselves before and after long training runs to see how much they lose, and thus how much water and salt they should replace.

The studies that found 13% of the runners tested drank too much water, resulting in abnormally low blood sodium levels. The low sodium levels made many of these people very sick, and close to the point of death. The importance lesson here is to balance your water intake with your sodium intake.

  6. We met Dr. Vikram Chauhan last month with severeflareups of ulcerative colitis to my father. His way of handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery. Thanks to PLANET AYURVEDA within 2 years , he is completely normal.

  7. very nice video. my wife too was suffering from ulcerative colitis .we tried many medicines but nothing worked .then we used medicines from planet ayurveda. This worked magically and now she is totally fine .

  8. I completely healed my UC by ONLY drinking homemade yogurt fermented with VSL#3 DS probiotics. It took 1 year. Yes that’s right the ONLY food I had was the homemade yogurt, I also added iron pills to prevent anemia since milk is deficient in iron, vitamin D pills and a multivitamin pill.
I’m a medical student so I was very careful in making sure I wasn’t going to be deficient in any nutrients.

Put at least 6 sachets per 1 gallon of milk and let it ferment for 24 hours at 100 degrees F. Drink as much as you can comfortably for 10 minutes and mix it with saliva so swish and swallow. Don’t gulp it down I repeat don’t gulp it down! Consider it a food that has to be in the mouth longer because the saliva has lipase enzymes that will break down the fats in the yogurt.

Consume twice a day 12 hours apart, so this means for example at 8am and at 8pm. That’s it no more foods juices or candy but only alkaline water throughout the day if you get thirsty throughout the day. No foods or snacks. Your weight will normalize you won’t lose muscle I look strong I have a six pack believe me you will be fine I workout everyday and this hasn’t negatively affected my strength. If you try to add any other food group to the mix like vegetables or meats to the diet you will absolutely ruin your progress even if you don’t notice a return of symptoms. The digestive tract (throughout the many months) will gradually adapt to expect yogurt at a certain time during the day (8am and 8pm) and will optimize its digestive ability to absorb and make best use of the nutritional factors of the yogurt so dont add ANYTHING else to the program
I know it sounds difficulty to do, but if you don’t you will have ulcerative colitis for the rest of your life. Healthy eating with vegetables, nuts, etc isn’t applicable to specific disease states such as Ulcerative colitis or crohn disease so so called HEALTHY diets aren’t curative in these cases. Vegetables, healthy fats, fruits, etc. aren’t curative I’m sorry.

Do not attempt this yogurt diet if you are immunocompromized, have diabetes or any other health condition that weakens your immune system because the high probiotic load may lead to sepsis and death.

  9. nice video, my uncle was also suffering from this disease. he took too many medicines but didnt get relief. but after taking ulcerative care pack from planet aurveda,he got relief. thnks to planet ayurveda
