  1. Going gluten free, without actually having Celiac disease is not a great idea.
    Gluten free products are full of corn, potato and other high carb/ low protein fillers that are usually GMO.
    Try switching to natural/organic Kamut or Spelt wheat instead of processed gluten free products.
    Kamut and Spelt flour have double the protein and half the carbs of regular/ whole wheat.
    This means that your body has a better chance of digesting the food instead of storing it as fat compared to other grains, so you can actually lose weight by not adding extra carbs you can't use.
    Kamut and Spelt are not grown GMO or with glyphosate (Round up). This means it has less of a chance to cause allergic reactions in people that are sensitive to wheat. (like myself)
    Try to find sourdough breads instead of yeast breads. It helps improve digestion and reduces allergic reactions to mold.
