I think the best way to calcualte body fat would be to weight your self ina pool which would be a little tricky but the fat would want to float . but then ther eis also bopne density myself I am large framed 6'2" when I did a so called best on line years back before I had this fat on me it said I was obese hehe I was not obese 6'2" large framed mostly mouscle and bone I weight around 210lbs but looked skinny like I would be around 180

  4. Consuming more proteins then required is not okay at all. One research study never justifies that. If you aren't diseased go for more proteins otherwise don't!

  5. If you want to lose weight you don't eat over the same BMR value. All the calculations will be changed for weight gain or weight loss
