  1. yes i love walking. ppl shit on cardio so much it made me feel like i was doing something wrong. but idc i’ve been walking for 2 months, 3 months next month and i love walking it’s just so easy and simple.

  2. I walk 8 to 10 miles a day at work and I'm constantly bending over and lifting stuff yet I'm stuck at 200 lbs grrr. My belly fat isn't gong anywhere either grrr.

  3. Congrats !! I also started walking because i found a 3 mile walking path near me. I hate working out and going to the gym but walling outside on a nice day almost doesnt feel like im exercising.

  4. I walk 10,000-30,000 a day depending if it's a work day or at home with the kids. Stuck at 263 my Metabolism has been crap after my last kid. Cut out sugar lowering carbs. Working on getting in more protein earlier in the day.

  5. I totally agree I try and do 10,000 steps a day. I lost around 35 pounds 4 years ago through slimming world in the Uk. I also have had a Fitbit charge 2 for 5 years and love it still going strong. I really think aiming for 10,000 steps a day works really well. Kept the weight off. 👍
