How to get rid of chubby cheeks, lost face fat and make your Face Slimmer.

“chubby cheeks” where the face is rounded and has a particular fullness to it.

5. Sleeplessness and high-stress levels.
6. Genetic factors.

Today we have compiled the techniques for Facial Yoga and massage to dissolve facial fat.

Let’s get started.

Face Yoga

Step 1
The air in the mouth for 10 seconds helps the muscles to tighten.

Air in the mouth, moving left and right for 20 seconds, helping to reduce fat on the cheeks, top and middle.

Step 2
Move the mouth left and right 10 times.

Step 3
Make a lip kiss 10 times.

Step 4
Suck on the cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds. Do this 5 times.
Helps to reduce excess fat around the cheeks, the bottom and around the chin.

Step 5
Like blowing a balloon.
Start to breathe the air and blow it out. Do this 5 times.
Helps the fat in the cheeks become thinner.

Step 6
Keep the lips inside. Move the mouth up and down 10 times
Helps to make the face jaw clear.

Facial Massage

Apply cream or oil before massage.

Step 1
Place your hand in a triangle in the middle of the face
and rub it from the side down to the collarbone.
Do this 10 times.

Step 2
Use the palms to rub the cheeks upward to the side. Down to the lower jaw.
Helps the face to be slimmer.
Do the other side as well
Finished and rubbed down the neck

Step 3
With both hands rub the chin up above.
Helps to clear the jaw.

Step 4
A lot of cheeks in this area
Massage your finger first.
Then bend the finger rubbed out to the side.

Do this 10 times, then rubbed down the neck.

Finished

Do it regularly for 2 weeks, then you will start to see results.
