Hiii!! Today’s video is all about tips and tricks on how to loose weight effectively, quickly, and safely! Drinking water is great for you and your body. Our body needs enough water to function! So if you are also trying to loose weight at the same time but be healthy as well. Why not just drinking water!? For this water challenge all I did was drink 10 cups of water per day! For only 3 days and that quickly I already lost weight fast! Of course everyone will have different body types and immunity. However this was just truly my own results of drinking water! In total I drank 30 cups of water! You can also drink MORE than 30 cups if you are feeling it!!
