  2. I was 81kgs and today is my third day of this diet 4/10/2021
    On the third morning I checked my weight and was shocked I am 77.5kgs. I lost 3.5kgs in just 2days.

  4. Basa is an unclean non-Kosher fish, so I'll substitute with another clean Kosher fish that is low in calories.
    Everyone seems to have really lost a TON of weight with this diet…
    I eat and make Middle Eastern Food with everything organic – dairy, Kosher meats/poultry, coffee for breakfast and wine in the evenings.
    I also make organic Kamut & whole wheat Bedouin flatbreads with psyllium husk powder & nutritional yeast – and they taste awesome… I suppose I don't qualify for this diet regime…???? I have 25 kgs to lose fast!
