  1. Love drinking lemon water it makes you feel amazing head to toe. I drink it everyday. How I prepare it is different and I think you would get more results if you try it this way. What you do is you get a gallon pitcher with a lid. then you take 4 to 5 lemons and you slice them into circles. you don’t squeeze them or peel off the skin you just slice them and you put them in the water and put the water in the fridge. you do this at night before you go to bed. That way the lemons have time to really marinate in the water and all the nutrients from the lemon and the peel really soaks into the water. when you wake up in the morning you drink that water all day and you feel amazing. and because you didn’t peel or squeeze the lemons there’s still juice in those lemons. what you do is before you go to bed at night again you just add another gallon of water to those lemons and repeat the process. on day three you replace the lemons and you keep doing it. You will see a huge difference in your skin the way you feel and you will lose more pounds. Try it out see if you get better results.

  4. is it a metric, us, or kanadian/brittish gallon?
    or do you know huch much liter? (1 liter is always 1 liter, no matter where on earth).
    i guess, it is not so much about the water but more about the amount of lemons/lime, especially when you really get ALL the juice out

  5. I think I had either a uti or a kidney stone. I started drinking lemon water In the morning after waking up and after 2 days my pain went away. 🙏🏼😭 and my constipation got better.

  6. I did this all during quarantine and I never weighed myself so I’m not sure if it actually worked, but I did feel less bloated. I only stopped because I have really bad acid reflux and the lemon water was making it worse, but now that I have more of a grip on my acid reflux. I’m going to start trying to drink a gallon of it everyday!

  7. How bout you try finely grated lemon zest & ginger, add to boiled water, then add lemon juice whilst it's still warm. Drink this 3 times a day.
    Use cayenne pepper, turmeric, cinnamon on your meals.
    Drink through straw- ACV mixed with lemon & water in cup, in morning and evening just prior to meals.
    Do this for 2 weeks.

  8. I loveeee lemon water, I gotta try this! I almost bought a gallon water bottle the other day at target but it was HUGE haha idk how I’d even carry it all day 😂😂
