  1. Watermelon varies in reported calorie content up to nearly 200 calories therefore I won't eat it. Shiritaki needs to be chewed well I didn't mind small choking hazard if not in small pieces. Good product. I used these to drop 15% body fat (female-i wasnt healthy) id go a bit higher next time or eat more then got hypothyroidism I now have to lose it all over again. I gained so much body fat I became prediabetic. I'm on a very low calorie diet now.

  2. OR just eat lots of fat and very little carbs, doing that allowed me to lose over 80 pounds without even trying.

    No gym routine, no counting anything except keeping carbs low (ideally under 20).

    Just eat foods like beef, butter, bacon, and eggs, as much as you want.

    You'll start fasting just because you're simply so satiated you just don't need to eat as much.

    in them. If you have blood pressure
    problems, I wouldn't suggest eating

  5. Watermelon is not as low as people think, yes its low/100gram, but how much is a 100g ? 100g isn’t enough to even taste watermelon
