  1. Because 200 lbs isn’t considered fat anymore. Most people who are considered “fat” NOW most likely to have issues with their health. Everyone has a different journey, I have been there.

  2. "people lost 5% of their body weight over 12 weeks which is quite a lot." Are you for real right now? For a 200lb person thats 10lbs over 12 weeks that's less than a pound a week. And for as fast as they pack it on, they'll never actually move the meter. Pandering like we're all a bunch emotional toddlers and overacting fake enthusiasm is not going to help anyone.
You know what? Forget this bs. I'll be right back.

  3. I’ve lost 52 lbs when I first started my weight loss journey 5 years ago. I started as soon as I turned 40. I did the research, started drinking green smoothies everyday, started drinking nothing but water and green tea with lemon, and I walked every single day even when I traveled on business. I’m 45 now and I’m still maintaining my weight loss, I definitely eat healthier everyday, and I can deadlift 370 lbs. I’m a grandmother of 3 and I also have them drinking green smoothies since they were all a year old and they are 3, 6, and 7 now. I refuse to be unhealthy because our children and our grand children learn from us, we set the tone.

  4. I’m down 35 pounds in the past 4 months and preparing for my first 1/2 marathon. I’m 48 years old and my goal is to be the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been in my entire life. 10 pounds to go and I’ll be the same weight I was when I was an active duty marine.

  5. Very helpful content!

  6. Can we talk about the food industry and processed foods that are marketed as healthy and how there is sugar in everything?
