  2. Thank you for your nice video. Yes, intermittent fasting is great. I was a diabetic with type 2 but not anymore and stopped Metformin. I have a question for you Doc, is it ok if I take a spoonful of my tasteless Collagen powder in my morning black coffee (while I am fasting)?

  4. I loved your video. I have tried in the past doing IF and crashed my metabolism (I have no thyroid). I wasn't eating enough calories. I also gained 8 kg. Now I would like to give it another go. I usually love doing 16/8 but with me it is so difficult because I love to start my morning with my almond cappuccino. My routine is 5:30 am breakfast and cappuccino, lunch at 12:30 pm which is my last meal. I have also noticed that I gain weight when I eat carbs :-(. Is that ok? Thank you. Maria

  6. IF is the only way I can function during the day as eating makes me unwell. Even though I'm on a Gluten-free, Paleo, Keto, Lactose-free diet to try and only eat healthy food 🙁

  7. I am doing 18hr IF but its going yoyo. I exercise 1-2hr 5x a day but no weight loss at all. What am I doing wrong?

  9. Hi kim. I have been an intermittent faster for some months. But sadly have still hung on to my belly. I am 78 years old. I walk almost every day and am strict about lo carbs and hi fat. What am i doing wrong.
    I am 5ft 5"" and weigh 64 kgs. Looking good except for my tum!
