  1. Last year I did it for 1and a half months and I lost a lot of weight um I didn't really had a machine so I don't know how much

  2. i think every zumba exercise did take a lot of time before it shows result. some might get early result but mostly i guess will show result after month. so guys, don't give up after u try a couple of days only..

    admit it, zumba did increase our stamina and did tone our body a bit even our weigh didn't reduce right? πŸ₯°

    before this i struggle to finish 20minutes video. but now.. i can finish 2 or 3 videos.. sometimes i did zumba for 1 hour and more. so yeahh my stamina did increase.
    hoping for weight loss or inches loss after couple of month.

  5. I do interment fasting, eat 1500 some items less calories a day and I do her Zumba 6x a week along with 10k steps. I try to do the workout as hard as I can for more intensity and to burn more calories, I’ve lost hella weight! Been doing it since January and now I’m in love with Zumba and I will be become a Zumba instructor myself this year when I get the certification for it. Zumba is by far my favorite form of exercise period. Love Mira and love Zumba

  7. These workouts slimmed down my waist. The videos make it so easy to just take a break from work, stand up and play one on your laptop. Easy to fit in each day. It's good for your blood and oxygen circulation, too.
