  6. I really love your channel. Your videos are really informative in helps me understand what is going on within my own body. Could you make a video on why someone may not be losing weight even after they Reverse dieting and then went into a deficit after eating at that maintenance for over a month because that’s a problem that I’m having where I restarted for two months I’ll be my calories for one month and then get maintenance for a little over two but when I begin a deficit I was really losing anything.
