  1. Yo movers! What are your health goals for 2019?

    To lose weight?
    To gain muscle?
    To have better focus?
    To run further?

Let me know, I'd love to hear them!

  2. Love it, daily commitment using the scale and mirror are key tools to reach the goals you strive for 🔥

  3. Once you stop eating meals, you completely do not need them. You will initially be hungry skipping breakfast or lunch if you are used to it. But then it just goes away. Then, if you eat, it is not as pleasant because you get sluggish if you eat breakfast or lunch. You can save alot of calories and money by skipping those meals. And you will feel better. As long as you don't go crazy with calories at dinner, you will spare calories and gradually lose weight

  4. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

  5. When should I drink my coffee with the "snacking is a myth" rule? I usually have my morning coffee at around 10am, when cortisol levels start to drop
