  1. That is not a lot in 7 days, I lost 3 pounds from yesterday in 24 hours, thatโ€™s even before going on the Slimfast today.

    Just got some from Amazon.

    Never tried the power before but itโ€™s Nice, I tried one of those small bottles about 3 years ago and it taste like ๐Ÿคฎ

    I now know why, they are made with Water, using the power with skimmed milk is a totally different ball game.

    I have exactly 14 pounds to lose now.

    Thing is about losing weight, that is the Easy bit, itโ€™s keeping it off and maintaining the correct weight we should be that the really hard work comes in.

  3. Could you just not have snacks and a larger meal in the evening? Or skip 2 of the snacks and have A larger meal and a snack after?

  4. I'm 43, a man and 200 lbs and what I've been doing for a month is two level scoops into enough (WHOLE) milk to make it blend enough. I do that for two meals a day (usually breakfast and dinner) and then for my solid meal I just eat whatever I want until I feel full. No snacking, just diet soda and crystal light and coffee when I feel it. I get every flavor of shake for variety, sometimes mixing one scoop of strawberry with a scoop of chocolate for a neopolitan ice cream shake. I use one of those hand blenders so I can get the shake foamy and full of air. So far I've lost about 5-8 pounds over a month. I don't really exercise beyond doing house chores like cleaning dishes, mowing and weeding the lawn, cleaning the house, etc. The advanced nutrition version of the shake mix has twice as much protein btw, which I think helps curb hunger

  5. The issue with milk is what it does to your bowl movements use water. Its much kinder. The bars are snack bars i'm sure.

  6. Be very careful if on thyroid meds as it contains large amounts of iodine and seriously interferes with your thyroid.
