  2. Regarding Garden of Life's raw organic superfood fiber for constipation relief as a expensive alternative to Benefiber's wheat dextrin.. Any thoughts on MicroIngredients's Triple Fiber + Now's Apple Fiber?

  3. Hey bobby what you think about the high levels of lead present in psyllium I have been using Psyllium husk the key fibre in meta mucil for a few weeks and it has helped me a lot in curbing appetite and smoother bowels. Are the lead levels too high is there a better alternative?

  4. Thank you for all this info, I use Equate daily fiber 100 % psyllium husk dietary supplement, the ingredient label sows: psyllium husk, gelatin.

  5. I find it a bit disingenuous that you don't even mention the possible lead contaminants in psyllium husk products simply because you're not willing to spend money on 3rd party testing. With close to 4M subs & equivalent views, don't u think its time to invest in your brand?
