  1. I ran without giving up for the first time today!!! Was with my, son, which, he helped give me motivation to keep going. He even got me to do squats and lunges. It felt amazing. In the past, I, would try and run, then feel embarrassed how, I, may have looked. But, I, don't think, I, look too bad running. I, loved it and wanted to keep going. Maybe one day, I'll, run a marathon for a good cause when, I've lost the amount of weight!!! 🏃🏼‍♀️

  3. This is really good advice. I’ve lost 25 kg before I started a series of injuring to my ankles. I would rest for 3 weeks, then go back to running and get injured again, etc. This happened 3 times before I just kind of gave up and gained back those weight. Its been almost half a year, so I’m gonna try again.
