  1. Reminds me of the Vikings to an extent. Their diet did not consist of pounds and pounds of meat every day. Grown food and vegetables played a major role. Most of their livestock wasnt just for eating but for producing dairy. And they conquered a large portion of the world while enduring very harsh living conditions. Goes to show that when your body is getting quality, you dont have to shovel massive amounts of food away.

  3. Iceburg lettuce contains vitamin A & K plus other nutrients – it's not unhealthy although other lettuce choices may be healthier but don't discount it.

  4. I love a good chef salad but I could never eat that much salad if I was eating it every meal. 7-12 cups is huge! Even still, I do eat a salad every night.

  5. What about thyroid issues? I was eating so much Kale almost every meal and then found out I was borderline hypothyroid so I stopped the raw kale. I feel like raw veggies can't be to blame, but my doctor says otherwise… thoughts?

  7. Click bait title. This video covers nothing about loosing weight. Never once touches upon caloric deficits. You talk about salad like its the be all end all to get your fiber when there are plenty of other sources out there. You covered none of them. You can get skinny eating nothing but candy bars if you stay in a caloric deficit. You mention making your own dressing or using dressing in general. That's a massive calorie increase. Why not recommend Walden Farms calorie free dressing? That would actually help your viewers loose weight. Then you mention avocado, 1 cup is close to 250 calories by the way, then cheese, 1 slice of cheddar is 130 calories, your just spiking the calories constantly making 500+ calorie salads. Should take out the last 3 words of the title if you are not going to cover it whatsoever.
