  1. They certainly work these workouts. Lots of people i ride with have tried and had massive gains. TT Tune up works well…especially for zwift thursday night racing !

  2. how is it possible to change erg mode on/off during a ride?
    And why are you always at the exact number of wattage?

  3. Great video but you didn't mention in the description where to find these workouts, would be a great help for your viewers to specify this. As a relatively new zwifter I had to do some detective work and compiled this list:

  4. Most Zwift workouts are a mishmash of randomness. Example: The FTP course is way off. When you try to target everything, you target nothing. What I've learned from Coach Dylan Johnson is how simple is typically the most effective. Want to build http://FTP.??? 2 or 3 of 10-20 minutes at FTP wattage with 1/4 or 1/2 active time recovery. If your Zwift workout looks like a rainbow of colors, ditch it.
