  1. Hello everyone, in the current situation I would like to suggest that
    . instead of going to a park or anywhere else for jogging or walking …
    . do that within your premises or within society…
    . avoid sitting on public benches or using any open gyms…
    . avoid getting too close to anyone
    . Don’t touch your face while you are out …for that tie your hair properly and moisturise skin.. as dry skin can itch and will increase the tendency & want to touch face.
    . Wear mask if you are feeling unwell or just stay at home in that case
    . Carry a sanitizer and use it if required
    . Wash you hands immediately once you are back home
    . And lastly don’t panic if going out feels uncomfortable just stay home and work on your self as your immunity is the last line of defense.
    . Focus on Boosting your immunity by healthy diet, exercise and by staying hydrated.
    . Stress is the biggest enemy of your immune system. Hence try to keep it at the bay.

    Need your suggestions, I am walking and jogging since 15 day. And keeping on a taking 1600 calories But I didn't lost a kg infact my weight has increased. Few people are saying jogging can increase you weight. Can you please put on Thoughts on this
