  1. 1) Dont do Quick fix fast diet
    2) less sugar
    3) less salt
    4) sleep well. Go to bed early
    5)strength training
    6) HIIT training
    7)Weigh yourself daily? I disagree.
    I became to obsessed by doing this for 2years, if i don't lose it, it affected my mood. Now I measure myself using measuring tape. Weigh myself once a wk instead.
    8)Track yr food. I eat unlimited salads as I eat too much. I ve to measure my nuts and seeds as I can overeat on these.
    9)Be patience
    10)Stay positive..
    I must love myself regardless of my size. .I am beautiful now with my 41 inch hips and 28 inch weight! However I would like drop back to what I used to be. 7 months ago,.39'buttom & 27'waist!!!

  2. Thank you so much for your tips Evelyn. I am 46 and I am a complete mess. I have always had a hard time sleeping, I am working on learning how to love myself because I can be my own worse enemy. I want no NEED to lose weight but it seems no matter what I do it just doesn't work anymore. I feel so defeated.

  3. What are your views on apple cider vinegar? I have basically struggled with my weight since the day I was born, I was 10lbs at birth. Sugar used to be a weakness, no the only sugar I have is in fruit and vegetables.
